Cant do anything with that object.

Hi, first time trying to play LiF and was very excited, but I cant interact with items like tree;s or the ground, when i right click it just says you cant do anything with that object, ive tried a fresh reinstall... any ideas?

You're inside the starter area still, just keep walking away from the town.
