Hey, I bought the game for myself and a friend, but whenever he tries to join a server it loads and goes to entering game the crashes?

We can't find any reason for this, he has tried, windowed/fullscreen/alt-tab-no alt-tab/Low settings, high settings
He has up to date drivers, and his pc specs far exceed the games.
We hoped the patch today would fix it but it did not!

I feel like I just wasted over £30, please help if you can!

he still has crashes after the today patch ?

did he try to reinstall ? clean steam folder ?

Yes he can now get in on lowest graphics, without a full window.
But then only for a few minutes then he crashes again.

what are his specs ? even if you say it's ok..
