Is there any gm commands or a way to terraform faster than doing .1 rise or lower?

As well when tunneling, how can you undue tunneling or fill the hole, while doing some random tunneling, we literally dug a tunnel through the world and made a death trap lol....

No, and... you can't remove/fill in tunnels currently.

Find a good wall that points towards the closest hill side and start tunnelling upwards. Now if it is glitching with the tiles that you can now fall through, that we cannot help you with.
