Is the game playable ? or I need to wait a bit to get a beta acces or something like that ?

the game is awesome , I'd wish I could help you out , but I can't ... I don't work = no money ... (I've got a medical problem)

You can read on several topics that the game is in pre-alpha state, closed alpha will start between Feb-Mar 2014.

If you want to get that closed alpha access you can either donate and be in top 100 donors that get this early access or, if you don't have money you can support the project by spreading the word, the most active people can get a chance to be chosen for alpha testing, but it all depends on how much effort you will put into that.
