We built a guild monument. Then, my friend sacrificed 20 iron bars into the monument (tier 1 - lowest tier).

Once we did that, I was able to upgrade the monument "upgrade the claim" all the way to Glorious monument**

** I did not complete the structure for tier 2, tier 3 or tier 4. I just selected the building that was under construction & then I clicked "Manage the Claim" and upgraded it again and again

This seems to be a bug, right? Anyone else have this issue?

Yup this just happened to me too. At first I was excited until I realized I now had to find 20 gems, votascus steel and gold before I could increase my radius any more =/

I just had something very similar happen to me. With my Tier 2 maxed radius monument I went into the 'Manage the Claim' window under Authority. From there I clicked the "upgrade the claim" button inside this window( inside the small gray rectangle). As normal It put up the wood framing around the monument. Some time later I came back to the monument and clicked this same button and it made it a Glorious Monument instantly with the wood framing still around it.

So it looks like it completely skipped the Great monument stage, and I was only able to do this when the monument was at it's tier's maxed raidus.

its known to dev, dont hope on this bug in the mmo, i think they arent takeing a decent look at it for yo becouse they are working on other inportant things that prevent players from playing or getting stuck
