Guild Question

What happens if a guild of 10 people put up a guild monument and then say 2-3 people leave the guild? As the guild now only consists of 7 people would that mean anything would happen to the monument?

Will immediately begin to degrade until the guild returns to 10 people. If it reaches zero, happy new year.
