when the game goes to 50% usage of processor and 2GB of memory giving this error, I am having this problem after this last update, I would like a solution!

Curious, how many gigs of memory do you have installed? What processor speed, and what temp is the fail happening at?

good, I have 12 gb of memory installed CPU with overclocked speed of 4.6ghz and the temperature not checked, but I believe that it does not recognize my video card and is using lots of CPU!

My gut told me an OC was at play... try bringing cpu voltage back down to stock and go back in game and try to make it fail again, my gut is telling me the unoptimised game state has core temps too high. Just a theory, but hardware is my forte.
It's still using your videocard according to some threads posted today. Do you have onboard graphics aside your card? If not it must use your card.

no, I use a ati sapphire 4gb 280x, I can not say but I think that has an integrated motherboard
and the temperature of the processor running the game is between 15 and 40C

In system properties, what motherboard and revision is it?
We'll just do process of elimination 'till we nail it.

well I think I managed to solve gave a stabilized putting in compatibility mode with windows xp
but the game does not recognize my card I think because the video settings says I have an ATI 5700 and use an ATI 280x
