Try entering /stuck into chat. If that doesn't work then you're left with /suicide but you're going to loose some xp and get sent to your bind place or if not bound, sent to a random spot on the map.

Alright, I'll point out the elephant and ask the obvious:

Why haven't you simply prayed home? Seems like the easiest and least intrusive way to get out of your predicament. If you haven't built a shall yet then it's relatively doubtful you have anything in your inventory not worth losing, and if you do need whatever is left behind you can just go back and grab if. You can loot most things from 2 cells away eliminating the chance of becoming trapped again.

Chaining /stuck over and over will also get you out add is putting your character at its previous position and selects a further back position every time you use it in the same spot.
