Joining this game

Post by BearHunter » 03 Dec 2017, 02:12

Hi guys. Looking to join this game. But I have a few questions I can't seem to answer..... probably did not look at the correct page/thread

1. When I purchase a starter pack (Pagan, Pilgrim, Zealot) do I get instant acces to the current game?
2. Is there a monthly subscription or something similar?
3. Will said account be linked to steam later on?

Thanks a lot for your time, I will read more tomorrow. Time to get a little snooze now.

Premium is 20 bucks a month but when buying the 30 dollar package you get a free month of sub and a permanent random weapon skin, and 10k gold to spend on the market. So with that you get 1 free ticket and a potential extra ticket if you decide to spend the 10k gold on a ticket.

Also with premium you get a 5 skill loss insurance, for example at 0 alignment you lose 6 points of skill in combat and crafting. With the insurance you will only lose 1 point each time you die. And if you raise your alignment to 10 you will lose no points. additionally you get power hours for combat and crafting which allows you to get 2x gains on skills for an hour every day. So you can train combat for an hour and get 2x skill, then train crafting for 1 hr and get 2x gain every day.

Also you get a free random armor skin set for the month which changes after your sub is up to another random skin if you resub.

Also if you're looking for a guild to grow and learn how to play PM me.

Thanks bowlin. I decided to go for the basic pack indeed. And I used my ticket to get on the new RP server.

When I get another ticket, that means I can get another character and move to the main island, right?

The premium price seems a bit steep tbf. But who knows what I will do when I end up sinking hours into this.

You don't happen to bo on the RP server as well do you?

That is correct. Each ticket will allow one character transfer. Additionally they are global across your account so you do not need to choose the same region/server type as the last one if you don't want to so if you already have a character on RP and you decided to roll one on NA, you have that option and are not locked in.

Unfortunately I am on the NA server. We light rp but the rules and lack of population on the RP server is not appealing to us.

Cool, thanks for the help guys!

I guess I will see how this goes. If I don't like the RP server I can use that other ticket to get on the regular one.

Well, today I extended my premium for the first time and I paid 24$ - and I was like "wow - nice price" - Don´t ya think it might be a bit high in the long run?

That's actually par for European games. Gaming in Europe and Australia is more expensive across the board even after exchange rates are taken into consideration.
