Life is Feudal: YO has stopped working

Did anybody experienced this crash and solved the problem? I try to run the game from Steam and it stops working straight away.

Same. After the "patch" at first the game began to work fine then degraded over the day. To a point I cant stay in game for more then a few minutes and it locks up.
If someone talks near me on a mic, we all crash in the vicinity.
Logging only performs one animation then the tree is "in use" and nothing can be done with it. They are now in the way of our terraforming.
