Logging mini game bug(s)

Post by Hanger55 » 24 Jun 2014, 02:18

Hi, I've been playing the mini games quite a bit and I've noticed that logging is more luck based at difficulty 30 and above. 30 to 45 being able to complete depending on how often the arrow changes direction after going over the green. Though 50 to 100 are near impossible to complete without luck (arrow changing directions after going of green quite a bit) I believe it is due to the speed of the arrow because even missing allot on 0 to 25 I can still win but 30 to 100 seem to be too slow that you need luck to win =c

difficulty tries lowest% - highest%
30 9 84% to 100% (no misses)
35 8 80% to 92% (no misses)
45 9 65% to 79% (no misses)
75 8 33% to 49% (no misses)
100 9 54% to 71% (no misses)
25 9 93% to 100% (misses)

And everything below 25 difficulty after many tries seems to be possible even while missing a few hits.

All of those tries above I never missed a hit and hit every time the arrow crossed over the green. Unless I am doing something wrong I don't believe those are possible D:

And it seems that when I click on logging then click back it freezes but if I play then hit back it goes back. Only seems to be with logging.

(Carpentry also seems very difficult, haven't been able to get 100% yet =c)

Anyways the game looks awesome and I'm hoping to get 55euros to send over (for alpha/beta access in return... :D) Hope it turns out great.

I dont know about the logging bugs, but with carpentry I get 100% each time.

In general I always end up on about 75-85% on Logging.
But never really concentrated on doing it over and over. Only testet it a few times before the servers opened - and now only do them while needing wood in the tests.

Curious to see what the response is to your statistics though.
Nice work!

It is not a bug, it is a feature. High difficulty means low skill level. At high difficulty there is no chance you can chop down a tree in a single attempt.

I still need to file a report for this because I was still in the process of testing but in the carpentry game, even if you get 100% you will not receive a log or whatever item you are playing the game for unless the timer is at 10 or less seconds (still testing).
