i have a problem, well i test pre-release of new patch, well i enter game test a bit FPS very bad etc etc, but when i revert changes for play with my mates game crash just before loding world, anyone have solution?

For me lag can be bad initially but clears up after 20-30 secs.

Don't try to change video settings in game, it's crashed me every time i've tried it. Exit out to the lobby, adjust your settings, then go back in server.

Turn the tree view distance all the way down, helps a lot with the lag, i turned off shadows also.

Kranik - I had that same issue. I had to uninstall the game, then go to steam folder and completely delete LiF folder, then reinstall the game. I could then play on my friends server again.
