I've been playing for a while and suddenly my mouse clicks aren't bringing up the options to do stuff, mine gather etc, is this just me and my Naga or is it a more common problem?

i dont think its common noone reported it ever i think i belive its something about your computers mouse settings

My wife had that a short while ago right after starting, i am not sure how it stopped though.
