Total Falsehood.

The website is currently down yes, but you might want to do a little more research before making such sweeping statements.
Paragons TS is still available and active.
Recent communications between member Guilds of the Kingdom of Gondor (Paragon being one of which) also indicates that they have not "went Offline".
