Post update Client side *constant lagout*

My character will freeze in place all surrounding players and grass and trees will continue to move but my player is stuck, I am having no connection issue at all! The freeze is basically what happened pre patch when the servers crashed due to memory leak. Any fixes or any others with this problem?
