can we do zoom out while in 3rd view ?

can we do zoom out while in 3rd view ? its very close ? i mean i know "c" key switch between 3rd and 1st view.. i dont talk about this.. iam talking about zoom out while we are playing at 3rd view

It's not implemented yet, AFAIK
