Worst community manager i have ever seen in any game ever!! Its almost like you have received zero training on how to deal with people. Maybe he had a bug, perhaps he didn't understand what the ticket will not be received meant? Perhaps you should ask him to submit a ticket so you can resolve the issue 1 on 1.

There are TWO popups that appear when you're trying to delete the character, both informing of the consequences of deleting the character that used the ticket to Abella.
This warning appears when you click on the cross with intent of deleting the character:
After typing character name and clicking Ok, a second warning appears where you have to confirm that you are really sure about doing this:
Only then your character is deleted, so there's no chance that you missed those warnings.

The whole point of LiF is that you play a risky game being a pvper, in the sense that if you die, you're going to suffer a heavy skill loss (insurance dependant), pretty sure it was implement to reduce kill on sight, as people need to actually care for their character unless they're willing to buy new characters.

In the end, I emailed the LIF team and they said that it was my problem and that if I wanted to play again I would have to buy another ticket.....
