so i vent in to avelon(overcrowded) used a ticket. if i now create a new car wil i need to by a new ticet to join other server ?

Yup, tickets are of one-time use. If you use one to move character to the main continent, you'll need to purchase another if you want to have another character on another world. Be it EU Epleland or NA Buyan.
