So i created my avatar and all click to enter the game, the game starts to load and after a minute it disconnects, so i try again and again same thing, help pls

Tried disabling the launcher/antivirus, using VPN etc?

turned off firewall, no other thing like antivirus and the like on, tried again got disconnected and appeared this error message

"Mutex deadlock error
Mutex was not able to obtain a lock for alarmingly long, the application is possibly in a deadlock state"

then clicked ok it appeared a error report that i send

Win 7 64bits
Geforce 970

Try lowering grass distance and tune down other graphic settings.
