Lets have PVE/P server.
What do I mean:
A server with increased XP cap and gain, 600SP with 2-3X standard xp gain.
No Open pvp
Pvp is allowed as duels. So a player can challenge another (perhaps with stakes put up ahead in case its not to the death)
Xp gain increased to make the game more friendly for the casual player that wants to spend no more then 1-2 hours a week in the game.
Cap increase to allow smaller guilds and groups to effectively build.
Faster day/night cycles to grow crops and trees faster (and again allow casual players to not always see day or night)
Pvp is allowed between guilds, if both party's accept a challenge, or of X number of grievances are filed (politics, more work/thinking required)
Judgement hour allows for thievery on claims where the user is online in the last hour *yes players could go offline to prevent it*
Killing trespassers is allowed, no penalty, unless the target yields 5 seconds before death (to avoid, death mere seconds after yield) Including town claims, If the thief is affiliated with a group or guild war can be declared after X amount of cought attempts from players from that guild or a fine can be enforced by the crown (taken from the guilty party when they try to sell stuff and payed to the aggrieved) this allows for a more immersive experience where thieves/bandits get to do their thing, and those stolen from don't stand to only lose all the time.
Private claims can lodge complaints with the crown, or with their liege, if a guild claim has overlapped the private claim, whom in turn forward to crown.
Duel system for 1 vs 1 and group vs group fights.
