These symbols popped up in the upper right of my screen. What do they mean? The top one is blinking.

I think that's an indicator for when you're near Waldo.

(I haven't a damn clue but that's the explanation I gave in guild chat and no one questioned it)

VOIP icon. You probably have push-to-talk disabled, that's why it's activating.

[Hodo]

The upper most one is a "loading" icon. It is letting you know it is loading assets from the server or your HDD.

The other one... no clue.
