After logging in I get this error while loading. Can not reach game.

CR_Invalid_Account. My theory is that it is because in december i refunded the bronze pack and bought the silver, PER CSR recommendation. There was/is not upgrade option. However, I was able to get in during beta 2. So that would mean you all went through and banned out all of the charge backs without checking to see if they repurchased.

I have an update, so my account now works on EU but still doesn't work on NA. I need to be on NA server, please fix account. Also fix account for other email I used: robert95espinoza@yahoo.com.
