Were would one make a guild, how, and the cost.

How will one annex land

how many citys can one nation have

is there a land upkeep.

Only way to annex is to take someone elses land with a higher monument etc.

You can sort of conquer people by destroying their Guild monument then building a new one and make the new guild a vassal of your existing guild.
