is it possible to save my items when im offline in a Box ?

I think full loot is hard. i know this from the game RUST. People kill. Without reason. And loot the boxes when you are offline.

After 3 death´s is the game not really funny anymore.

There are boxes. But you can leave stuff in your personal inventory as well. Your character isn't around when you're logged off.
