Recommend adding a extra bar and maybe changing how alignment works.

Make Alignment pure religion based meaning if you are negative or positive effects your piety ability and the strength of your blessings. Maybe even add the concept of a evil deity.

You raise or lower alignment based off your deeds to your god persay. So if you are holy your good deeds of praying, donating and maybe even a method if you help a new player by giving them food (or npcs)

As for reputation, allow players, guilds or townships to be able to mark what they think of you and the system will do the rest. IE if you kill someone your reputation will go down cause you are known as a murder but players can still mark you as a friendly so they know "oh he is our assassin" or something. Heck even make it so to be marked as a murder you need to be caught by someone besides the victim.

Base all the bad effects all reputation. Like if you die and you are a murder you get a chance to lose 10-50% of your skill points.
