Hi guys,

Sorry for newb question. I'm just not sure if I'm missing something. I started playing today and was getting a lot of luck with finding edible items, gathering plants, etc. Now I fail every time. I think now it's about 40 tries. What am I doing wrong?

I'm assuming your moving to different plots before retrying. My guess is bad luck? I've had strings of bad luck searching for stuff at times, I just moved to a different location

The thing you can try if you have a shovel is dig up a bit of soil and check the quality. High quality soil = better chance of finding things. I figured this out after a few experiments with some quality 250 soil I found in my mine...
