Yes, the horn was a signalling instrument before the trumpets.

So please, add a horn :)

I'm for this, but...

God, I can just imagine someone sounding the horn endlessly - crying wolf if you will. If someone sounds the horn more than four times in 10 minutes, they should get a global de-buff called "Disturbing the Peace," where anyone can kill them without a loss to their alignment.

Great idea, but it needs a long cool down. Like a minute, or longer. Otherwise it would be awesome.

This would be great. I would like options on horn blasts too like 3 quick or 1 long for different signals.

Could make it a skill that requires practice to not sound like a complete bafoon whilst blowing said war horn. I'd love that, battle horns right before viking raids?
