maybe you should tell a bit more about it?
Like you post it, you want some slaves

Maybe start with server info: Skillcap/tunnel multiplyer/growth time/animal amount or whatever you choose.

Then, do you want to have RP or just general ppl?
Theres a huge difference between Roleplayers and "normal" people.
(About the playstyle, dont want to lesser "RP" or "normal" people in anyway...)

What are your goals?

Build a huge Castle? Some kind of Agenda or Goals would be nice
Or you might end up, with some guys, who wanna play bandits -P

Overall, be a bit more specific
