Im a huge medival history guy but never found a game that really fits into the "realistic" genre and satisfies my requirements.

I played Chivalry and War of the Roses before but i must admit this is like Call of Duty in medival age. No offence.

Maybe you should have tried Mount&Blade then... War of the Roses has a really bad reputation of copying M&B's combat system while only adding shinier graphics.
