If I have sixty in all five of a skill tree (say farming) and decide to let the first drop below 60 to 59 or lower, do I lose the skill abilities for the ones above the one I let drop below 60?

If this happens, all the leading skills in the tree will be set down. If you die with low alignment, your skills will greatly decrease, so make sure you have all the skills in your tree at least 80 or above so you don't die and lose all your skills in combat.
