Hello.

My game looks like this after the most recent update (0.2.8.1):

Does anyone else have a similar problem? It was fine with previous version. And if you look closely, the GUI looks normal, so my VGA card/computer is not faulty.

My laptop has a special dual VGA: Intel HD Graphics 4000 +
AMD Radeon HD 7670M (the stronger AMD VGA works when I play, the weaker Intel VGA works when no game runs; the laptop switches between the two when needed). VGA driver is up-to-date.

Does anyone else have a similar issue?

I'm having the exact same problem! I just spent $30 on a game I can't play?! I bought this game so I can play with my son. He's in CA and I'm in SC. Big bummer!! Someone please help us.

Looks like graphic artificing. Most likely it's either a driver issue, or your hardware simply doesn't support something in the game. Those Intel HD chips are by no means for gaming, even if they say they are. I'd update the drivers first, if that doesn't do anything it could be overheating (if this is in a laptop that's entirely possible).

Well, yes, that chipset is not the best for gaming, however, it DID work before the patch. In the Mantis bug report forum, there is a solution posted (you have to type a line into console):
