Anyone suggest a good persistent server with good team running it?

I play on "*S.W.A.T.* Gaming". It was brand new when I started and people here are very cool. They don't put up with griefing. Everyone here seems pretty PVP hungry but no one messes with people setting up that I have seen.

The admins also seem to be building some sort of public town. I hope I can go there to fight people. The workshops in this town were build with top quality mats so its worth the trip to craft there.

Anyway I am not an admin or anything but Ill help people get set up if need be.

I would like to find a server where the groups are small and there are a few solo players as well.

Come check it out. there are a few people on ATM so there is plenty of room. i think the most in a group is like 2 here.

Would also like for said server to have limit to 1 toon, and default skill cap so the game feels more communal as designed.
