Just wondering. It seems like it's been on-average about two weeks between updates, and here we are two weeks since the last and... well, not much.

Any idea, even ballpark, when we could expect the next update?

I'm not really expecting an answer to this, I guess, as I understand the whole thing with making promises and things getting taken out of context.
That being said, even something like "Not sooner than [date], but don't expect it that quickly" would be nice.

Anything looking solid on what will be in the next update?

I understand different people are working on different things and stuff gets released as it gets done.
I've heard that guilds and land claims may be in the next update but I don't know for sure. Mainly basing that on how it was discussed as a possibility to be released before the New Year but that didn't happen.

That's okay, though, I'd rather have the time taken to release something that works than rush something out that breaks everything.

This could all just be me getting antsy though.

The reason this last update is taking longer is because they have been on holidays. I think they still are actually, not sure.

The thing I want to most right now is a way to exit the game properly. Having to crash the client every time to exit the game is not very user friendly. Not even sure if it's an overall problem of just on the local server but it's quite annoying.

But overall I'm very pleased with the current state of the game, for an alpha, lots of things to do!

I am thoroughly confused by that statement. Are we playing the same game?

I am always able to exit the game. 'Esc" to bring up the menu, then exit the game. You should even get a popup asking you if you are sure.

If you are not able to do this, have you tried to reinstall?

I do ESC and click exit and I get the confirmation message in the global chat box and I write "yes" and nothing happens, and it bugs out the ESC menu afterwards....

Ahh, it sounds like you have chosen the option to move all menus to the system window. I have not done this, but I heard others on our server had which resulted in all kinds of issues. Afraid I cannot direct you on how to undo this, but I thought it was in a start up file.

If you can undo it, I'd recommend moving the GUI windows to the system window on an individual basis. It can be a pain, but overall it works better.

I'm getting the same type of issue with confirmation text when trying to destroy something? it's like any input in the global chat stops functionning.

After hitting ESC wait 3 seconds and when you hit exit life is feudal the gump will pop up regardless of gump ignores.
