is for suggesting stuff that you want to see added in before the game is released. So please check all of them so you don't repost the same thing someone else posted. Also check the archives to make sure they haven't stated something about what your about to post on.

I have a bunch of suggestions that I plan to add (ofcourse avoiding doubleposts ttboma).

Might aswell ask you a generic question - unlike suggestion pages I've seen elsewhere, I can't seem to find a generic vote button in each topic. Do you just make a reply with a thumbs up in the suggestions (or how does it work)?

Ya there should be a little number in the top right of the suggestion page with an arrow pointing up and down of the number thats the vote for the suggestion page. If you mean voting in the suggestion forums then just reply to the post saying you like it.
