Mining

Hi,

does anyone know if the next patch will include a working mining system and remove infinite mine ?

Me and my guild stop playing because everyone have his own personal mine near his base and we dont like that.

Infinite resource exploits were "fixed" quite some time ago, about 6-7 months I think. The fix was removed however due to the issues servers were having with too much mining and so many new player's mole-tendencies. So the players asked for them back, and the Devs kindly did so.

If they get the full tunnel decay with supporting beams stuff done, I could see the Devs again getting rid of the infinite resource piles. They were always a temporary measure anyhow, just one that has likely been going on too long now.

yes the release will bring the new tunnel system, and, hopefully, the definitive infinite pile fix ;)

no there's no list... I sometimes remember enough facts..

- dx11 graphics
- more character customization (like war paints, tattoos)
- new GUI (you can see a picture in voting page - volumetric GUI)
- new tunnel system
- new animations + polished fighting system
- new skills (the not implemented yet like swimming, climbing etc)
- polished skills, like the "ancient columns" that becomes "flags and banners", siege etc...
- In-game tutorials
- NOT SURE Guild emblems, painted shields, guild coats
- NOT SURE customizable buildings



italic text is the totally not sure content... I found them in the Crowdin, they just had them to the translation... no idea if planned for the release
the other one, should be in the release patch... a lot of them are linked each others, that's why they arrive now..
as I'm not a dev, and haven't special contacts, these are all I gathered here and there, but there's nothing official.. then, wait & see

we can see :

fish dryer
guild banner
tattoos (is that a fucking big beast or bear in the shadow in the tattoo screenshot ?!)
new light and smoke effect
guild emblem on shields (red and blue)
guild coat with emblem
maybe ladders if not a building decoration (here, the blacksmith shop)
seems to be blood on skin/clothes
and a redhead beauty.

Indeed, it's a bear. You can find 'em all the time on servers now, that usually have 40 or higher animal count setting. They hurt pretty good if they get a swipe on ya, even when wearing full plate.

I know I know... I even kill them bare hands :)

but, here the model has totally changed... that's why I'm not sure, maybe a big rock... if it's a bear, it doesn't have the silhouette
