Are there any servers that are updated and fit this play style?

I see some have stated they are new, but of the ones that have stated they have recently wiped, I can't seem to find one that fits the sort of play style I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a server with nothing more than a 10x skill multiplier, and would prefer just a 1x skill multiplier, 600 skill cap, and animals. :P

So, if you have a server like that or if you know of one that will update their servers soon, please let me know. :)
