We have now 30 irregular alloys and now we trying to melt that to a Vostaskus bar. But we do not get the alloys to the correct heat.

We use a Bloomery which we push to 2000 heat but the irregular alloys are not getting full heated. My melt skill is 100. I use the normal Crucible and tongs with quality 100

The irregular alloy get some heat but not reach the final status to smelt. Is that normal or is that process not fully implemented?

Can anybody help me or give me a hint without any admin GM mode

You need to let the heat drop I believe to 500 and then increase it back to 2000.

What i did was 2000 till the progress bar went up once, then down to 500, back to 2000, back to 500, back to 2000. You get 1 tick on the progress at each step.

To cool quickly just toss a bunch of stuff in the bloomery till it's cooled.
