I use to be able to delete or deconstruct objects or buildings inside my guild radius, but it suddenly is gone, someone maybe know how I can get it back?

Give Guildowner to another Player and back then it goes for short time.

This should fix itself if the server resets.

Alternatively, sometimes logging in and out fixes it.

Finally, give control of the guild to someone else and have them give it back to you.
