Has anyone been successful in playing LiF:YO in triple monitor setup - really wide screen resolution?

I've got 5760x1200, triple monitors (3x 1920x1200), NVIDIA GTX970, NVIDIA Surround and it does not work - everything is squeezed into like 1000px strip of the most left screen.

If anyone successfully tried 3 monitors, I'd like to know how you did it. Thanks.

at max graphic settings whit same gpu here,
(shadows turnd off)
primary screen is 4k ,
dont go for it, the gpu has to much work whit this game to run at that resolution
