as the topic says, i was gone got a few days because of work, i come back and the game has updated. now whenever i load the game all i get is a black screen with some GPU information in the top left corner like the vram frequency, vram usage, temp, gpu frequency, gpu usage, gpu fan, gpu volt and my fps like whats shown below

update and problem solved. my MSI gaming app that came with my gpu is what was causing the issue.
