Is there anything which can be built that stores things and is lockable?

I dont know how new you are so ill assume very
The monument is the main thing that makes things inaccessible, you make it by right clicking the ground and going Authority -> Build a monument

If you already have a monument and want to lock it from other guild members, the best you can do is build a house with a door, claim it so others cant open it and store your things inside
