Hey guys, Im still kinda of new to the server admin thing, So, I was wondering how do I read the log if I think i have a GM spawning items in? Any help would be appreciated.

If someone made lets say a 100q sword in a legit way it will start with a durability of 200
A lazy gm will spawn a sword in with 100q but ony 50 durability.
So check the durability of his gear. You can do the same thing with buildings. Inspect the building, Fast built objects always have 500 durabilty.
Finding the location of your servers logs will differ depending on which host or setup you have and if you aren't in the habit of restarting your server very often the logs can be huge.
