i see waht i can build for weapons etc and now have 3 questions... 1. how large is this map? 2. were i can buy it and 3. for how many cash?

1. 21х21km
2. Nowhere. It is not released yet and will probably appear on Steam sooner or later.
3. Game will be free but every new character will be charged most likely. 20EUR first charater on the account, 10 EUR every next one.

me english is very badly... so i ask^^ waht is wehn an character dies? must i buy a new?

No, it gets resurrected.
You pay only once and only for creation of a new character.
