After the new patch, I can't seem to access anything. I can see just fine, move and chat, but I'm unable to use anything.

I can't equip, I cant eat, I can't rclick on any tile or anything.

Other players on our server are experiencing this.

Does anyone know a work around or solution?

I validated my game files in steam. That fixed it.
