So I tried posting in the steam forums and haven't gotten a reply in past few days, so I thought I'd ask here. Having an issue where there is no text in certain parts of menus, such as the Video menu with the sliders and on off switches, I don't know what is what as there is no text. Same goes for the dropdown menus in character creation screen, doesn't have any text there either. Anyone know why or having same issue?

Try scrolling down. You should see the same menu options duplicated, but with text. If it's not there, then send things like your client log, dxdiag.txt and all the important information you might think is relevant to helpme@lifeisfeudal.com

Apologies i didnt respond sooner, but I was able to get this fixed. Scrolling down did not do the trick, so I uninstalled the game and deleted all files from steam and reinstalled. Seemed to have fixed it that way. Thank you for the reply though!

hello. i am having the same problem right now, what is the solution ? I tried to reinstall the game and delete everything form the folder, but it didnt work. I have no text in the Options-Video Menu, Character creation, and in game notification when performing an action. Is very hard to play with out them after some point

I too am having this problem. Reinstalling the game did not fix it.
Any solutions would be much appreciated!

overlays? steam, mumble, ts, sa a person haveing issues whit msi audio thingy (his onboard soundcard controller)

Having also that problem ...

Tried to switch languge to english (in steam / game properties) --> dont work ... its still german ... so i renamed the /data/de ... then game is in english but also no text

EDIT: I reinstalled Windows --> Now it works --> Bad solution because all other things worked

Kinda an old post, but im having the same issue

Im not going to reinstall Windows.
I've tried all video settings, and deleting local files then running Steam check and re-downloading missing files.
No luck yet

Anyone find the solution?
