Has anyone been able to get higher then 66Q herbs from the garden?

Is it even possible to get higher then 90Q from the garden?

In my experiments (still more to run) my herbs drop considerable quality even with high quality poop and water. High Q soil does nothing.

Someone suggested that perhaps because its used to mass produce them it has an inherit Q drop built in if anyone can shed some light on that it would be appreciated.

I am not sure what this is suppose to answer, I am talking about using the herb gardens plots, not making a plot of land fertile to gather them off of.

makeing the land fertile increases the Q of the land
also high Q shit increases the Q herbs u get from the garden, u can use the new higher Q herb to increase the next generation whit higher Q and so on

But does it max out at a certain point. The highest I have been able to get it 66Q herbs and that was significantly lower then what my herb, my water, and my fertilizer was.
