Repaired the game. Reinstalled the game. Turned firewall off. Run as admin. Created independent file. Nothing left to patch. Click start game does nothing for I guess four days now.
This is getting to be a bit much. This is going from a game I really was excited about to a train wreck I check in on once a day. My comp ran fine last server up so the variable is clearly the game. No idea what to do. Will reinstall once more today while I am off, but after that I am prolly going to forget about this for a while.
P.S. If I try to open the new patcher DL (setupLIF.exe) I get an error message, This app cant run on your pc.

This almost sounds to me like you don't have a 64-bit operating system....which seems strange.

Its windows 10 on a 2015 Acer I should.
