If I get a gold account, whic of these is true for the power hour:

1) Every character on the account gets a power hour every 24hrs?
2) Any (but just one per 24hrs) character on the account can use the power hour?
or
3) Only the "main" character can use the power hour every 24 hours, all alts don't get the subscription power hour?

Right now the cooldown for subs power hour is per character. Sometime later it will be changed and the cooldown will be global.

Good to know. Be a pal and give us a nice far advanced heads up when that is ready to go live. If that one goes in without notice people might be a bit cross.

Also it's worth mentioning that gold/subscription technically get 2 power hours per day, one combat and one crafting.

Alas there is no minor skills power hour, so that "Famous Person" title is about 10 years away
