1) The wiki says I need 40x "prepared herbs" and lists them. However, I've noticed that only positive mixed herbs are listed. The ones with negative effects are not. Does that mean only those herbal mixtures that are positive in nature are considered "prepared herbs"?
2) I see that a "sacrifice" is needed. Does that mean I just have to have a live animal on me and ready to sacrifice once the monument is completed?
3) There is maintenance involved with the monument. How much is it and what must be done?
