I am suggesting this playfully, so don't get your panties in a bunch.

As I looked at the "Teams" Gaming experience/preference, I noticed that a few of you really need to broaden your gaming experience.

Why I feel this is important:

As a smaller team, with a limited budget. You need a well rounded team, with fresh ideas, Maybe now isn't the time for new ideas in this stage of development, however once release of LiF:YO you will need to be firing on all Cylinders moving forward making good use of the new stream of income, as it wont be forever.

"Income" being my next suggestion topic.

I'd rather prefer them to know their job than having a great deal of gaming experience. ^^

Of course some people in the team need to have the experience and I'm sure they do.
